Tasks:
- You ensure, together with your colleague, constant permanence in the logistics department, you coordinate the schedule together (distribution of early and late shifts, distribution of vacation periods,…)
- You are responsible for a smooth organization in the logistics department
- You help organise the daily work of the Agora Drivers
- You follow up daily on the performed hours of the Agora Chauffeurs
- You help follow up the internal and external transports
- You plan the international transports together with your colleagues
- You help keep an overview of the national transports
- You help follow up the administration on a daily basis
- You are jointly responsible for a part of the invoicing
- Together with the Transport Manager you are responsible for following up the condition of the trucks
- You always work punctually and correctly
- You always put the interests of Agora Group first.

Competencies:
- Sector experience is a plus
- Hands-on, not afraid to roll up your sleeves

- Experienced in managing a (small) team
- Bilingual Dutch & French
- Customer-oriented, polite and friendly
- Responsible, conscientious and proactive
- Strong communication skills
