General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These rules apply to the \u201cDreams by Agora Contest,\u201d hereinafter referred to as the \u201cContest.\u201d The Contest is organized by Agora Group, with its registered office at Keizershoek 312, 2550 Kontich (BE 0424.794.755), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOrganizer.\u201d Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these rules and the Organizer\u2019s decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 2. Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Contest runs from July 17, 2024, and ends on July 31, 2024. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 3. Participation Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Contest is open to any end-user who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Is at least 18 years old<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Holds a valid customer number with Agora Group<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Resides in Belgium or France<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employees of the Organizer and their families are excluded from participation. Each participant may only enter the Contest once. Participation is personal and non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 4. Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer collects the personal data of each participant. This data is used solely for the organization and follow-up of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 5. Winner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winner is selected based on the tie-breaker question. If multiple participants provide the correct answer, a winner will be drawn randomly. The winner will be notified by email after the Contest ends. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 6. Prize<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prize to be won in the Contest is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 window display makeover of up to 25m\u00b2 in Belgium or France<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 7. Fraud and Abuse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agora Group monitors the proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of fraud or abuse, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the Contest and reclaim any prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 8. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, of any kind, resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 9. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the participant must submit a creation (image, text, sound, etc.) for the Contest, the participant transfers all intellectual property rights to the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to use these creations for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 10. Contact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants can address questions or comments about the Contest to the Organizer via the contact form on the website or by emailing agora@agoragroup.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 11. Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of disputes regarding the Contest, the Organizer will try to resolve them amicably. If this is not possible, Belgian courts will have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 12.
