Junior Flower Buyer

The Agora Group is a leading company with more than 40 years of experience. We have 23 cash-and-carry businesses in Belgium and France and 3 purchasing locations in the Netherlands. Floris Aalsmeer is one of those purchasing locations for flowers and plants, where we sell both to our own branches and to external customers.
Responsibilities
- You will learn how to purchase flowers at the auction clock (KOA) and directly from growers.
- You will help process orders, inquiries, and quotations.
- You will (under supervision) maintain contact with our branches and customers.
- You will learn to work with the purchasing system and the logistics processes within our organization.
Skills
- You speak Dutch and English well (French is a plus).
- You have an affinity with flowers and plants – experience is a bonus, but not required.
- You are eager to learn, accurate, and you enjoy working in a team.
- You can handle stress and have a flexible attitude.
- You have basic computer skills (experience with Florisoft is a plus).
- You have a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
