Report a concern

The Belgian Whistleblowers Act of 28 November 2022 requires companies with 250 or more employees to provide a channel for reporting misconduct and fraud. This law arose from Belgium’s transposition of the “EU whistleblower protection directive.”

In response to this legislation, we at Agora Group have taken the necessary measures to provide this legally required reporting point for our customers and partners.

Would you like to report a suspicion or finding of misconduct and fraud? You can do so by registering. You can also choose to register anonymously.


 

Submit a report

Once you have submitted a report, you will receive a token that allows you to track its status. In addition, you will always receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven calendar days. Our confidential adviser investigates and handles every report impartially. Within three months of receipt, we will inform you about the steps we have taken.

Confidentiality and your protection, as the reporting person, are essential components of this new legislation. Our whistleblowing channel therefore guarantees confidential handling for every report. Your identity will not be disclosed in this process by our confidential adviser, and you will not suffer any disadvantage in any way as a result of your report.
