About the instructor

Aymeric Chaouche

Aymeric Chaouche is a young French florist. He obtained the diploma of master florist in Lyon, France. He won the Belgian floral art championship in 2019. Aymeric has been collaborating in Sören Van Laer’s studio for more than two years. Together with Sören Van Laer, he took the initiative to give workshops, participate in events and loves to participate in competitions. In 2021 he will take part in the Euroskills as a can- doer for Belgium. Competitions challenge him, allow him to learn something new every time and push his limits. Before the world was turned upside down, floral artists Aymeric Chaouche and Sören Van Laer traveled around the world. Since the lockdown, many can enjoy their creations in the pop-up store in Bornem and Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe.
Aymeric loves to share his passion and to pass on his knowledge. He gets his inspiration from nature and tries to make compositions with “everyday” objects or materials, so he never loses sight of the commercial side of his work.
