Agora scores 92/100 on iNDEX OF PROFESSIONAL EQUALITY BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN

For the year 2023, Agora has achieved a score of 92/100 on the index of professional equality between women and men. For 2022, Agora scored 98/100. As of 2019, this index is a legal requirement for all companies with more than 50 employees. What exactly does this number mean?
